This policy explains how BATRECY Technologies (“BATRECY”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We keep data collection to a minimum.

We only collect information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and your message.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you start.
• To assess potential partnerships, supply arrangements, research collaborations or investment discussions you raise with us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Contact-form messages are received through our website hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions on our behalf and forwards them to our email. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy.

Images from third parties

To display this website, your browser may load photographs from Unsplash. That provider may receive your IP address and basic browser information when this happens.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@batrecy.pk and we will respond.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
